I am considering adding insulation to my home.  What does Waverly Light and Power suggest to help me cut costs?

Waverly Light and Power encourages customers to take advantage of Federal Tax Credits.  There is currently a 30% Federal Tax Credit available for these type of improvements.  You may find more information at www.energystar.gov
