Appliance Recycling Rebate
Properly dispose of your old refrigerators and clothes washers and receive a rebate! Consider disposing your duplicate large appliances.
The electricity used to power those 'extra' large appliances really costs you. You can save TWICE by properly disposing of appliances. First your monthly energy use will decrease along with your bill and now we will PAY YOU to properly dispose of old appliances.

2012 Appliance Recycling Rebate Form
Program Qualifications and Application Requirements:
Submit a completed 2011 Appliance Recycling Rebate Form along with receipt of 'haul away' from retailer or receipt from landfill / recycler showing proof of appliance disposal (photocopies accepted).
Refrigerators with a minimum of 12 cubic feet and clothes washers are eligible for the rebate.
Each approved appliance is worth $75. Limit two per household each year.
Please allow two to three weeks for processing the rebate. All rebates are subject to availability of funds and customers must be current on their previous twelve months of City of Waverly bills to be eligible. Rebates may end or change at any time without notice.
