LED Lights

Program Rules

• Rebate amount is 50% of the cost of bulbs and / or fixtures. Maximum rebate is $200 per address per year.
• Rebates subject to availability of funds.
• Customer must be current on previous twelve months of City of Waverly billing to be eligible.
• Replacement Bulbs must be either pin-based or screw-in based.
• Lights must be LED lights designed for interior space lighting only.
• Itemized receipt /invoice showing brand, model number, and wattage of each lamp is required. Product label and documentation may be used to supplement receipt/invoice. Photocopies accepted.
